Well shame on me!!

Hey Dudettes!! Whatz up?

Well this is me throwing a hatchet up in the air at a Woodbee Day I went to in Port Hope, Michigan. Can ya dig it I am actually throwing that baby up in the air!! Go me and I am also rockin out my new Cowgirl boots!! This was so much fun. They call it a Woodbee like a Sewingbee only it takes place in the woods and you do all these lumberjack things to win woodals!! You know like metals!! They are small pieces of wood cut and strung with twine to wear around your neck!! So cool! Didn't win any but Sim won one and this little boy didn't get one cuz they were short one so Sim gave his up for him. He's so sweet like that!! I also did the Jack n Jill saw cutting with Sim. Didn't place there but we kept the piece of wood we cut. They had all kinds of homemade soups and breads and desserts too. A very cool day and I am looking forward to going again next year.

I had my first Craft Show of the season.

This is one of the reasons I've been MIA. I was getting ready for the craft show and sewing like crazy!! The craft show was a bust becuz the Festival got rained out. Alot of festivals here in Michigan got rained out and it was not good for us crafters! Everyone was cold and wet and left!! Bummer!! But at least I am ready for the next one and have stuff for my Etsy Shoppe! Christmas is coming!! I am so excited to share with you my newest creation!!

I LOVE LOVE how these turned out!! I upcycled an old 80's sweatshirt for these "maters"!! Oh my goodness they turned out better than I pictured them in my head!! LOL I have three baskets full. I also put green twine wrapped around the berry basket. Kinda hard to see in the pic but it is cute too. These will be listed in my Etsy shoppe later tonight!!
So I've been missing blogging but been tyring to keep up on everything! Boy is it hard when you also are trying to get ready for things like craft shows. So glad it's over now though. Now I will be working on Christmas goodies. Gotta make more grubby piggs I only have one left!! Yay! And I also have another Fall Farm Girl almost done and ready. She's a cutie!! Wait til you see her grubby prim hair!! LOL
So what have you all been up to? I've missed ya!!
XOXO Love ya, Fran.
